The CRS biofix is usually based on the first male flight of the season.  The first flight of CRS has been recorded at the Lindcove Field Station starting the week of March 17, 2008.  The biofix for Fresno and Madera counties will be adjusted one week later to compensate for the difference in temperatures.  Growers and PCAs who are using traps and sticky tape to monitor CRS activity are encouraged to email their findings to gregm@uckac.edu to assist in this effort.
