Effects of Insecticides on Peelminer Parasite Releases
(Cirrospilus coachellae)

Return to Peelminer Parasite Main Page

None of the listed insecticides have been tested on Cirrospilus parasites yet, however, based on research with other natural enemies such as Aphytis we can make some generalizations about which insecticides are safe to use in the Cirrospilus parasite release blocks.  If the insecticide that you want to treat with is not on this list, call Beth Grafton-Cardwell (559-646-6591) to find out if it would be toxic to the parasites.
